In kicking off this forum, I would like to introduce at least one idea to start the discussion. There will be more! These will appear as new threads, including those devoted to the various technical issues. For now, I thought a more general topic would be nice to set the scene. To various degrees, companies have historically developed separate functionalities for their expertise groups. So we have chemists working with chemists, and engineers working together with other engineers. Is it not the challenge now that these groups (chemists and engineers) should be encouraged to collaborate in a cross-discipline approach to realise the benefits of Flow Chemistry as a whole? I am curious to learn to what extent this is now happening, and if not, what are the barriers and how to overcome these?
